Small Group Training 

If one on one personal training is not for you, then maybe Small Group Personal Training is.  Join other participants in improving your overall fitness in some of our signature small group trainings.  

Team Training

The YMCA provides dry land training for sports teams.  YMCA Team Training is modelled to improve overall individual and team fitness, strength, power and performance.
