The YMCA offers a wide variety of fitness classes that can be accessed by members 13 years and older. All fitness classes are included with a YMCA membership. 

All levels of fitness are welcome.  Classes are designed to challenge and motivate as you work to your own fitness level.  Fitness classes are a fun and movtivating way to achieve your goals.

Group Power ®

Group Power is your hour of power!  This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors, with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls.  Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

Group Active ®

Group Active® gives you all the fitness training you need - cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility - in just one hour. Get stronger, fitter, and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight, and simple athletic movements. ACTIVATE YOUR LIFE! 

Group Core ®

Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform - all to challenge you like never before!

Group Centergy ®

Group Centergy will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey.

Group Blast ®

Group Blast® is 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The Step® in highly effective, athletic ways.  It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!

Cycle

Cycle is a great physical and mental workout that is appropriate for all fitness levels.  Keiser M3 bikes provide a smooth and enjoyable ride.

Aquatic Fitness

All components of fitness are challenged and trained in these energetic water workouts.

Flexibility / Relaxation

A great way to reduce stress, increase range of motion and stretch out those muscles.

Zumba ®

A fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective cardiovascular workout. The routine features aerobic and fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms.

Gentle Strength

Increase muscle strength with gentle, progressive exercises geared towards older
adults and those looking for a lower impact fitness class.

H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)

Looking for a quick method to getting in a great workout that burn fat & calories in less time? HIIT is for you! HIIT is an intense form of interval training which produces the most rapid dramatic changes to your body and cardiovascular system. A challenge for any fitness level.

Intensity: Moderate to High

Impact: Moderate to High
