This complimentary one-hour assessment with a YMCA certified Trainer, will introduce you to our cardiovascular and strength training equipment, fitness classes and get you started on achieving your goals.

Small Group Personal Training

If one on one personal training is not for you, then maybe Small Group Personal Training is. Join other participants in improving your overall fitness in some of our signature small group trainings. On land or in the water your trainer will help you to achieve your fitness goals

Team Training

The YMCA provides dry land training for sports teams. YMCA Team Training is modelled to improve overall individual and team fitness, strength, power and performance.
