The YMCA offers a wide variety of Fitness classes that can be accessed by participants 13 years and older. ALL fitness classes are included with your YMCA membership.

All levels of fitness are welcome.Classes are designed to challenge and motivate as you  work to your own level your fitness level. Fitness classes are a fun and motivating way to acheive your goals.

Cycle is a great physical and mental workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned riders. Keiser M3 bikes provide a smooth and enjoyable ride.

Aquatic Fitness

All components of fitness are challenged and trained in this energetic water workout.

A great way to reduce your stress,increase range of motion and stretch those muscles.
