Adult and Teen Swim Lessons

Learn to swim, improve your strokes or increase your endurance.

This group lesson is individualized to meet your needs.  Whether you are learning to swim, wanting to improve your stroke technique or looking to increase your endurance YMCA certified Swim Instructor's will work with you to help you accomplish your goals.  Lessons are for beginners, intermediate and advanced swimmers, 13 yrs +..   

Registration is not required and is included in your YMCA membership.  Non-members may purchase a day pass.
