Group Centergy

Group Centergy will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Learn the basic postures of Hatha Yoga. Connect your spirit, mind and body. All levels welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat.

Move Together Yoga  Move Together Yoga

This 60-minute class explores traditional and non-traditional yoga poses and sequences. Everyone will have the opportunity to improve balance, flexibility and strength. All fitness levels are encouraged and welcome to attend. Leave class feeling refreshed in both mind and body. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Move Together Chair Yoga  Move Together Chair Yoga

This form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Perfect for beginners and those who find the flexibility or balance demands of a traditional yoga class challenging. Reap the benefits of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and short meditations without having to get down on the floor in this 60-minute class. Please bring your own yoga mat.
