Fitness Classes

The YMCA offers a wide variety of fitness classes that can be accessed by members 13 years and older. All fitness classes are included with a YMCA membership. 

All levels of fitness are welcome.  Classes are designed to challenge and motivate as you work to your own fitness level.  Fitness classes are a fun and motivating way to achieve your goals.

Muscular strength classes are designed to tone and sculpt your body.

Cardiovascular Conditioning

Get ready to sweat.  These classes are designed to get your heart pumping.

Cycle

Cycle is a great physical and mental workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned riders.  Keiser M3i bikes provide a smooth and enjoyable ride.

Aquatic Fitness

All components of fitness are challenged and trained in these energetic water workouts.

Flexibility / Relaxation

A great way to reduce stress, increase range of motion and stretch out those muscles.
