A fun and intense workout that takes place on a specialized Keiser® bike. Cycle is a great physical and mental workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned riders. All workouts are 45 to 60 minutes.

A fun 45-minute cycle class for anyone and any physical ability. An accessible class for all with a variety of cycle equipment options. Everyone works to the best of their ability with group coaching and quiet individual encouragement throughout the class.  Improve your endurance and strength!
