Group Active® gives you all the fitness training you need - cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility - in just one hour. Get stronger, fitter, and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight, and simple athletic movements. ACTIVATE YOUR LIFE!

Group Blast

BLAST OFF your workout with 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The Step® in highly effective, athletic ways.  Group Blast® will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination and strength with exciting music and group energy.  HAVE A BLAST

HIIT

High Intesity Interval Training.  Learn to challenge your body and get fit with HIIT.  This class will use cardio and strength training alternating between work and rest.

Intensity: Moderate to High
Impact: Low to High

Cardio Fit

A cardio-based workout with both high and low impact alternatives.  This class may incorporate movements based on boxing, dance, or athletic drills.  Some muscle conditioning may be included at the end of class.

Move Together Heart  Move Together Heart

Get your heart pumping with a high on fun and low on impact 45-minute workout! Great for beginners and those that want to keep one foot on the floor at all times. Cardio fitness is the focus, however functional balance components are included throughout the class.

Zumba®

A fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective cardiovascular workout. The routine features aerobic and fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms.
