Counselors In Training (CIT) is the second stage of our overnight camp leadership program and requires the successful completion/evaluation of the LIT program. CITs will have the opportunity to join a vibrant and diverse camp family that is working to make a difference in our campers' lives. They will be matched with a counselor in a cabin and help provide mentorship and friendship to our campers, assist in program delivery and supervision, mealtimes, and cabin routines. CITs will work with their CIT trainer on weekly training modules and receive regular feedback. Successful CITs will be invited to apply to become a camp staff the following year.
