Register Now For Camp

Please read the following important information before registering your child for camp

New users must create an  account.  (You are considered a new user if your child was not at camp with us last year, when we began using our new registration system)

Returning camper families can sign into the account that was created last year.  If you have lost your login information, you will be able to request a new password.  Your user name is the email address you were using last year.  (If your email address has changed, use the old one to access your acount, then make the change once you're into the system.)

  • Please only list your own children in your household account
  • Once you open an account, you will be able to access it at any time to change your contact information, and other pertinent information before your child attends camp.  (The "Register Now" button on this page, or at the top right of all pages, will take you to the log-in page)

Full Sessions and Wait Lists

Sessions that have filled will not show as available for you to access.  However, a wait list will appear for you to indicate your interest in that session.  

If you are able to consider a second choice, we suggest that you register for your second choice and place your child's name on the wait list; you will have the option to switch if a spot comes available in your first choice.

Regardless of your registration in another session, you will be offered a spot in your preferred session if one comes available and you are next on the list.

Late Registration

After June 1, registration (and re-registration) will continue to be accepted as long as there is session availability for that particular camp. 

Day Camp Re-registration

If you would like your child to join us for another week, registration closes each week on Thursday at noon, for the upcoming week.

Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Camp fees are non-refundable after May 15, 2018, except for medical reasons (a doctor's note is required).

Camp Fees

Camp fees must be paid in full by June 1, 2018. A deposit of $100.00 for residential camp, and $50.00 for day camp is required at registration. Post-dated cheques must be submitted with deposit or, if paying balance with credit card, you must indicate the date for your credit card to be debited.

Payment Receipts

The camping office will no longer be emailing tax receipts. Families have ongoing access to their paid invoices through our camp brain registration portal. To view or download your invoice at any time, login to your account and select “View my existing registrations” and you will see a copy of your financial statement.

Fee Assistance

The Kitchener-Waterloo YMCA believes that every child should have the opportunity to attend camp. Subsidy restrictions exist based on residency and session availability. Call us for an application form.(519) 699-5100

Donations at Registration

The YMCA is a charity that helps all people achieve their potential through its programs and services. The registration process allows you an opportunity to donate and support this cause. Donations made at registration are considered part of the deposit and are non-refundable.
