Delivers a series of workshops using the social support model (Self, Family, Community).Welcomes and supports women through learning and sharing. Enables networking and helps women to overcome isolation as they form connections with one another.

Helps immigrant and visible minority women move towards economic self-sufficiency through marketable skills training, employment readiness and  life skills coaching as well as providing customer service training and self-employment coaching.

Our Industrial Sewing Machine Training Program offers alterations and production services from our students at an affordable cost. Bring your items into the YMCA where our students perform these services under the watchful eye of our experienced instructors.
