Please note that if a camp does not meet the required number of participants it may be cancelled.  Two weeks notice will be provided and the YMCA will attempt to accomodate your needs with additional options.  Upon camp cancellation a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing 30 business days prior to the camp's start date receive a refund less the $20 reservation fee for each camp and a $20 administration fee per transaction.  Refunds requested after this time require a medical note.  Online registration refunds are subject to these same fees.
In the event the YMCA is closed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, day camp will be cancelled for the affected time and refunds will not be issued.
