Summer 2017 Day Camp Registration is now Open!

Introducing our new and improved registration system!

Thank you for your interest in YMCAs of Cambridge & Kitchener-Waterloo Day Camps. We are very pleased to be using a new and improved online registration system this year, and we hope you'll join us in taking a few easy steps to ensure the process runs smoothly.

Please Note:

  • All users must create a new account, whether you are registering a new or returning camper.
  • Please create your account and household information prior to January 9, so any potential problems with your account can be managed before we actually open registration.
  • Please only list your own children under your household account
  • Once you create an account you will be able to access it at any time to change your contact information, and other pertinent information before your child attends camp

Online Registration Steps:

1. Create new user account

2. Click on "manage new household"

3. Input parents, children, household, and contact information

4. Log back in on or after January 9th to register for camp

Additional Registration Information

Registration is accepted in the order that it arrives at the Outdoor Services office in St. Clements. We recommend that you register online to ensure your registration arrives to  us as quickly as possible. Registrations dropped off at the Chaplin Family YMCA, Stork Family YMCA or A.R. Kaufman Family YMCA are sent through inter-branch courier to the Outdoor Services office. Registration can only be confirmed by the Outdoor Services branch.

Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Camp fees are non-refundable after June 1, 2017, except for medical reasons (a doctor's note will be required).

Double check your child's registration

Check your calendar to see if the dates that you plan to send your child to camp are the same as are listed in our system.  (We have campers arrive for the wrong session at least twice a summer...please double check!)  If you have an issue with your child's registration, the sooner you contact us, the better the chance of us being able to accommodate your change.  Please call us ASAP if you have an issue.  519-699-5100

Check your payment information

Most of our parents pay a deposit at registration and indicate for us to debit the same credit card with the remainder of the payment due on June 1. If you are one of these payers, you should expect to receive a reminder email prior to June 1, indicating that your payment will be automatically processed on June 1. 

This email will have the final four numbers of your card. Please double check the number at that time and make sure it's still current, and if not, please give us a call 519-699-5100 with your updated information.

If you have paid in full before June 1st you will not receive this reminder email.

The YMCAs of Cambridge & Kitchener-Waterloo believe that every child should have the opportunity to attend camp and we work hard to make it affordable for all families. For an application for assistance please call 1-844-374-4730.

Donations at Registration

The YMCA is a charity that helps all people achieve their potential through its programs and services. The registration process allows you an opportunity to donate and support this cause. Donations of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt. Donations made at registration are considered part of the deposit and are non-refundable.
